Hi gurus,
our implementation in SAP CRM consists of around 40 workflows and about as many events, that trigger/terminate these workflows through status changing in opportunities.
There are about 200 events triggered on a daily basis and respective workflow tasks are generated.
The problem is the following: sometimes, probably 2-3 times daily, an event (each time a different one) is not getting triggered. The same event might then be triggered minutes later. This causes "hanging" workflow tasks in the users menu.
Also, I haven't found a way to replicate the situation in quality environment.
Are there any thoughts that might help?
