Create Workitem with Condition

Hello Evrey body,

I want to mak condtion in my standard workflow WS2000075.

By SWDD for task TS20000168. I made the condition &Purchase order.Release Indicator& # V (Under Conditon --> Create Workitem tab), But I still recieve workitem in my SBWP.

How can I stop creating or receiving workitem if the condition is true?

'Create Work item' isn't the appropiate tab?
