Dear Experts,
we ware facing an issue with our Extended Notifications for SAP Business Workflow.
We implemented a Workflow on our Solution Manager and related to the workflow the Extended Notifications for SAP Business Workflow. The implementation of the Workflow and the related Extended Workflow notification took place on our development SolMan and was then transported completely to the productive SolMan and the Customizing is totally the same on both systems. We checked every customizing setting twice! All customizing settings in swnconfig & swnadmin, swu3, etc. are totally the same.
On both systems the following was customized:
The report SWN_SELSEN is scheduled as a job on both systems every minute.
The Delta Selection FIlter is scheduled every 3 Minutes on both systems.
The Full Selection Filter is scheduled once a day on both systems.
The Delivery Schedule is scheduled every 2 minutes.
The automatic Workflow customizing is the same on bot systems
The issue:
On our development SolMan the Extended Notifications for SAP Business Workflow works as defined and the report swn_selsen notices new notifications, selects them and sends mails to the Business Workplace and via SOST via Mail to Outlook.
On our productive SolMan the Extended Notifications for SAP Business Workflow do not notice any created notifications, doesn’t select them and doesn’t send them to the Business Workplace (hence as well not to outlook).
On the dev SolMan workitems appear in the Business Workplace, Workflow Inbox.
On the productive SolMan no items appear in the Business Workplace inbox.
In Trasaction SWIA we can see that the Workflow itself runs on both systems as defined (Identical).
Do you have any clue, what our problem could be?
