The requirement is to approve/release Purchase Requisitions at header level based on total order value.
If total order value is between $0 to $5000 level 1 approval is required.
If total order value is $5001 to $25,000 level 1, then level 2 approval is required
If total order value is $25001 to $50,000 level 1, then level 2, then level 3 approval is required, and so on.
We did the all the related configuration for release procedure for Requisition.
We need to release the Purchase Requisitions at the header level, so i copied the standard workflow WS20000077(Overall Release) Task TS20000159 and BUS Object 2105.
When Purchase requisition is created, workflow is triggering correctly and sending the work item to the Level 1 approver.
Level 1 user release the purchase requisition under 'R1' and saves purchase requisition but nothing is happening, we expect the work item to to complete but the work item is not disappearing from our inbox.
The workflow is working when we release all the levels(R1, R2..) in the purchase requisition then save it, the work item is set to complete.
How can set work item as complete for every level approval?
