Dear Experts,
Cats standard workflow TS 31000007 is not getting triggered we have maintined agent assignment as a general task and functional conslutant has mainained in CAC1 and CAC2 configurations with workflow approval and maintained the std task TS31000007.still workflow is not getting triggered .
kindly help us y workflow is not getting triggered.
