Multiple attachment in business workflow

Hi Guys,

Requirement:

I have one requirement where i need to add multiple attachments like one will navigate to FB01 and other one will navigate to FBU3.I need to send this decision box so that user can view this and approve this doc.

Hence I have created BO which is delegate of BKPF and there in header in default tab display method was there .so first navigation FB01 generated automatically , like wise i  created navigation for FBU3 by creating one custom BO delegate to BKPF  and set customize method in deafult tab in header and instantiate in workflow But it's not working .

Can you please help me on such issues who has worked or any help.
