Event is not triggered after sap upgrade

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue  after our sap sysytem is being upgraded (EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0).

We had an ESS portal where workflow were triggered in backend our sap server.

Now the problem is that, even we are doing the same thing then also the event is not visible via SWEL, the event trace is on and no filtration is there.

We tried with changing a material but  again no event were there via SWEL, atlesat BUS2002 and changed event should have been there.

Is there any configurations needs to be done after technical upgrade ?

We have checked SWU3 and its'  configured 'RFC destinations'  and other required details are activated there.

Please help us regarding the same.
