How To Import Workflow Template To Different Server(another landscape).

Hi Gurus,

            I want to transport a workflow template WS900000XX from one server i.e. Development  to another server which is again a Development .

Both are different landscape I just want to copy the Workflow Template. Could anybody please help me out achiving the same. How capture the template in a request.
