We are facing issue in custom workflow which is used to post the parked document after the approval. Below is the problem,
User is having multiple work items of same workflow to approve the documents. When he executes & approves the first item, it gets completed. And when user is executing the second work item & approves it, this also gets completed but the data of second document i.e. Invoice amount, Date & Text are getting reflected in first document. That is, first document is changed with data of second document.
Since the first document is changed, the error is occuring while posting the document via background step. The occured error is 'Document cannot be posted as the balance is not zero'. The balance was zero at the time of approving. Since it is changed with new values, the issues is occuring.
Kindly help on this. What could be the problem in workflow design?
