Hi Experts,
I am new to workflow. I have copied standard leave workflow ()WS12300111) to add second level approver.
For achieving this, i did following thing -
1. Included an activity after the approval process as background process to reset the status of the leave request to SENT.
a) copied standard class (CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS) to custom class(ZCL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS ) and included a method set_status ( instance, public), wrote the sample code provided in approve mthod of standard class without any parameter.
b) called this method in the task under this activity.
2. After this activity, i called the approval process acitivyt again, and assgined the agent using rule.
The workflow goes in error in the background activity for resetting the status to sent.

I have called the custom class in my step only and nowhere else.
