Open Text VIM DP Document are in created status while work flow view not visible

Hi,

I have some DP documents in created status but when i am checking in VIM analytic report , it is not showing me workflow view.I have tried to click on SYNC option also but still not updated.From work flow log , it shows me work item as completed status with task id WS00275270.

Can we retrieve this work items?
