Duplicate email receiving in transaction SOST after created workflow for user specific material master creation

       1)After triggering  workflow, received a duplicate message in SOST transaction.

2)After SAP user has click on “YES” the user has to take decision, when the transaction MM01 has called the material Number supposed to appeared in MM01 transaction it does not appeared

3) All the email I receiving in sap Workplace  is twice

         I used BUS1001 Object to create below workflow.
