I am currently facing an issue in Deadline monitoring in production.
I've activated recursive deadline monitoring for a leave approval task in a Leave workflow (which is copy of std leave workflow). Mail is sent in the same, in a loop, such that till the approver approves it, the mail is sent recursively.
An issue was recently reported by a user saying that he is receiving a recursive deadline monitoring mail even if the deadline was not triggered for that workitem!!!!!!!
When I checked in SWI1 the workflow instance has COMPLETED status.
Then how come the mail is being triggered!??
Plus one thing, the mail is not shown in SOST either!!!!
