Activity with LastestEnd and RequestedEnd

Hi Good Day,

i have designed the workflow where i have an Activity with LastestEnd and RequestedEnd (Modeled)

LastestEnd :

Refer.date/time = Expression
Date                = 30daysDate
Time                = Time

Action              = Modeled

Outcome          = DeadlineReached

RequestedEnd

Refer.date/time = Expression
Date                = 07daysDate
Time                = Time

Action              = Modeled

Outcome          = DeadlineReached

When deadline reaches it sends a mail to the Person, whcih works 100%.

The Challange is since the activity being the Fourground, it creates the WorkItem  but i dont want it to create a WORKITEM B'coz if the user executes then remainders will not work.

if this is the case how can i avoid creating workitem yet send the remainders when deadline is reaches?
