Hi guys,
The problem facing is sometimes a terminating event is getting triggered but not able to receive by the receiver function module. Some screen-shots of same is attached below.
Kindly tell me if you find any possible cause for this issue.

These are actully sub workflows terminating event, so if any one of sub-workflow doesn't get completed the WI stays in user inbox and Main WF get stucked there.
