To include internal table into SO10 object

Hi,

I need to display the following data into a mail:

Eg:

Course End date

Course 1                                    24.02.2013

Course 2                                    30.05.2012   

Course 3                                    04.04.2013

This internal table is dynamically populated in the program.

Which in turn I need to send through a mail, which is an SO10 object.

How do I pass the internal table to the So10 object?

Or is there any alternative?
