UWL user decision step for approval not Responding sometimes.

Hi Again,

I am back with a new issue. It is something like

This is issue in UWL for a user decision step. There are n leveles of approval. Sometimes in any of levels when user is clicking on approve button a pop-up is supporws to come which is not coming and the WF is getting stuck there.

I backend R3 also not seeing any errors. Checked in ST22, no dump.

If reason comes to your mind, kindly suggests me.
