I have a workflow template which has fork and 5 branches in it. First one is the activity step which sends the mail to the agent with the event CREATED. Now remaining 4 are wait step for 4 other different events. My requirement is, 1) If a 'RELEASE' event gets triggered, then one of the Wait branches waiting for event 'RELEASE' gets fired and as a result, I need to send mail to Initiator. 2) If a 'COMPLETE' event gets triggered, then one of the Wait branches waiting for event 'COMPLETE' gets fired and as a result, I need to send mail to Initiator and champion.
I am trying to do an background activity step soon after the wait step triggered in the same fork branch (lets say branch waiting for the event 'RELEASE'). However; I cant see the container elements in the technical details of the flow. It is failed to function as required though the step is success.
Can anyone please let me know how to capture the triggered event in the workflow, so that I will try to do the activity step completely after the Fork step completes.
Please advice.
