In almost all the organizations or projects I worked in the roles are mainly implementation, development and basis teams. Workflow is somewhere in the middle, Among the workflow consulates I know all except one also do development to some degree, from attribute definition to writing dialog screens.
I thought about giving my own projects definitions as an example, but I want to learn other point of view, then I think I will give them in the end of the thread.
What should be the place of the workflow within the SAP project? To which extent developments should be done by the workflow team? Who, for example, should develop custom approval screens? Should implantation meetings be done by the workflow team or the relevant module implementation team?
