Workflow getting Cancelled status in middle.

Hi Everyone,

Here the issue is when an user gets an workitem in UWL, opens it and close it the workitem gets logically deleted and wf goes to cancel status.

This is a workflow from incident life cycle. Some screen shots for reference are attached below.

Please check if u find any issue wid d design.
