Services for Object in FPE3

Hi folks,

I want to know where we configure workflow to view the workflow overview when I select the FICA document , Services for Object in transaction FPE3 , icon , next to Display Document : Item. I have done all the necessary settings in SWE2 , with event linkage activated . Suprisingly , a similar WF is giving workflow log successfully in quality, whereas I have made a copy in development with similar setting in SWE2 yet the workflow log is not visible to me triggered for that FICA document .

Please provide your inputs.
