/MRSS/PPPT - Approval of Employee Profile workflow

Hi Experts,

We are working on standard MRS qualification workflow WS00209101 Approval of Employee workflow.We have activated standard workflow and it gets triggered via T code /MRSS/PPPT. In this T code we have to provide qualifications and then it goes for the approval.

Now, when this workflow gets triggered, the process of changing employee profile gets completed. But there are few WAIT Steps in READY state. Unless, I complete the workitem manually, those steps remain in READY state and after completing manually those steps turn into CANCELLED state.

My problem is - even though workflow is completed, in t code /MRSS/PPPt, it shows profile status APAC for appproval. I am not able to figure it out why it is coming like that.

Please suggest / share your inputs about this issue.

We are in MRSS_NW 800 SP 05.
