Workflow Event is not triggering from ME51N tcode ?

Hi,

I have done customization in SPRO for Release Strategy for PR and also i have created a workflow with Triggering Events RELEASESTEPCREATED and SINGIFICANTLYCHANGED of busiess object BUS2105.

I maintained events in SWEC tcode also, But my workflow is not triggering when i creates a PR using ME51N transaction code.

Please suggest me what needs to be done to resolve this.
