I am facing issue after our recent upgrade to EHP7.
Scenario: User is parking document and triggering custom workflow. This workflow is assigning document for approval to the manager. Manager approving the document from business workplace which dialog step. Once manager approve the document, document gets posted in background processing step.
So far before upgrade we were always getting actual manager's SAP user id in table SWWLOGHIST in field METH_USER for Action/METHOD 'SWP_CALLBACK_WI_DONE' for the work item assigned to manager. Since Upgrade we are getting WF-USER as user id in same table for same action.
I am unable to find why and how WF-USER is getting placed in this table even if manager approves document in dialog step?
One more surprising thing is we have correct behavior in our development and testing system and they are also upgraded but only issue exist in production system.
