Hi,
I have created a rule for agent assignment for a workflow. I have created a container element 'ORG_AGENT' for the rule. But when I try to execute the workflow I was getting an error 'Element ORG_AGENT is not available in the container. Please find the attached screen shots. How should I do the agent assignment for the work flow.
