Multi-Backend POWL Inbox : How to trigger handler in remote system

Hello,

I have set POWL inbox with multi backend capabilities. And it is pulling workitems correctly. The challenge is their action handlers.

Question One is : How to trigger action handler in remote system?

So far

1I created  a RFC destination with trusted access. (that is what is pulling workitems)

2) Defined Action Handler

3) In IBO_C_WF_APC, I have set the RFC as one of the parameter.

4) Respective OBN entry in role is set

Still, when clicked. the handler is triggered in local system.

Question Two is : If I create a clone OBN entry in role and set RFC destination. How should I map task to respestive OBN?

Can any one share pointers for multi-backend capabilities of SAP Inbox. I could not find any documentation.
