Not able to Cancel Rejection in ME22N

Hi,

I have a PO that was routed for approval under Release Strategy XX. It was rejected, and I am now trying to reduce the PO value such that it falls under another Release Strategy YY and route for workflow approval again.

In order to do so, I would have to first cancel the rejection before doing the update, then release it for approval again.

Problem is - I am not able to see the 'Cancel Rejection' button in ME22N. What kind of authorisation would I need to see this button?
