SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF event gets triggered

Hi,

I am trying to create a PO of a custom type. When the PO is created, the workflow for this PO type is not triggered as per the design.

But when the net price value is changed, the workflow gets triggered. This is not as per the design. ( WF should not be triggered).

I used a trace SWELS while creating a PO. I found the condition- RELEASEREQUIRED, which gets triggered, but it should not be triggered.

Hence, I kept a breakpoint on the related FM  - SWB_2_CHECK_FB_START_COND_EVAL. But the debugger does not stop at this break point.

I dont understand how and why the debugger is not stopping at this Breakpoint. I dont want to trigger the condition, which causes this event to trigger.

What can be done here? I have attached few screenshots also. Kindly help me on this.
