I have business requirement where in which there should be a email notification to Purchase requisition or end user in each Phase.
as below
1.When PR is released and rejected there should be email notification which has been SAP provided as work flow.
2.When approved PR is converted to Request for Quotation system should send a email notification to PR creator as Quotation is created.
3.When PR is converted to PO .System should send a notification to PR creator as PO has been created.
4.When PO is approved system should send a mail notification to PR created as approved.
We are planning for both PR and PO email notification through work flow. I would like to know if any Business object is there to trigger a event and send a notification to Creator to inform at each stage right from PR approval ,RFQ PO creation and PO approval.
Please provide step by step process with all technical details.
