We're on version EHP6 FOR SAP ERP 6.0. This is a bit of a weird one. We have set up automatic forwarding for all users but some are reporting that they are not receiveing notifications to their outlook informing them that they have workflow tasks to approve.
We have set up up a job using program Rswuwfml2 with the workflow tasks included in the variant that runs every hour. Some users are receiving these notifications and some aren't.
I have checked and all have automatic forwarding set up. The users who aren't receiving a subset of these noticfications are receiving notifications for other workflow tasks so i know that their email addresses and automatic forwarding is set up correctly.
I have checked the workflow application log against the times that the job was run and I can find no entry for these users where there should be. Furthermore, one user had a notification for one workflow but she should have had 4 notifications for the same workflow!!
So it works sometimes but not all the time... Just plain weird!
Anyone any ideas on what else to check?
