We use WF for Quotes , T&E , .... etc ,,,, let say in all the big SAP process having a lot a volume ,,,, and approval via mobile devices make it more user friendly.
What could be the solution or generic sap framework for workflow/approvals where SAP objects are not so well defined or the volume of transactions is low, and a full implementation a given module ( basically in ECC ) is time consuming ?
The contents ( fields , values , ... ) is always different due to the business scenario . The WorkFlow per say , is always the same : Initiater to Approver 1 to Approver 2 to Approver 3 to Approver 4 .
For Examples of some of the scenario :
- Cash Advanced Request
- Capital Authorization request
- Proprietary Parts Purchase Request
- Customer Equipment Trade In Request
