Workflow External Email SBWP

Hi,

                                   We are in production support. User used to get a mail notification in SAP inbox SBWP (Documents folder) and External email to Lotus notes. User email changed and User is not getting email notification. When goods receipt is done User gets notification in SAP inbox and External email in lotus notes.

                                    I checked the workflow and there is no send mail step in the workflow. I checked the mail notification in SAP inbox and there are two recipients in the recipients list. One is External email ID and other one is User name. The workflow developer who developed the workflow is no more in the company.
