Sending different emails to multiple people

Dear Gurus,

I have developed a leave workflow. After Approval or Rejection, an email trigger to 4 different people. In order to get emails, i developed a method and  use it in step method. Now user want that the format of email should be the different for all 4 people. Prior to this, a single format email was being sent to all 4 people. How can i do this? How can i send 4 different email format to 4 different people?
