Dear Experts,
I have come across a very strange issue.
Scenriao : I have a background task, the code for which does a check to see if agents exists for a rule.
The FM used RH_RESOLVE_RESPONSIBILITIES.
Issue :
Task always gives a Result 8 indicating no agents found, even if the rule does exist.
I ran the background method for the same set of parameter values as runtime and it seems to work fine giving me a RESULT 0.
I simulated the rule in OOCU_RESP for the values and agents do exist.
Bindings have been checked and everything seems fine, and same as it is in other production systems that we have, but the issue is only in this particular system.
Strangely, when I run only the task through SWUS for the same values, I get the same RESULT 8.
Currently, after the above steps taken, I concluded that the WFADMIN user might have some authorization object missing. Hence, we also ran a trace for the background user to get missing Authorization object but did not find anything 
.
Now I need all you expert opinions on what could be going wrong. Kindly let me know if any further details are required.
