Dear experts,
I have developed a custom workflow for leave application.Everytihng is working as required.
Have used the latest end for deadline monitoring(auto approval and request goes to next level for approval, if the user decision is not done with in 3 days of workitem creation).
Instead of this the business is now demanding to route the Work item to the approvers substitute,if the approver doesnt approve with in 3 days.
i tried to convince them for the standard functionality available in SAP workflow for maintaining substitutes,but they dont want to do this manually.
Note:They dont want auto approval,if the Work item is not approved within 3 days it should go to the corresponding substitute.
