I have created a Task-Deadline monitoring-Latest End.
Action is modeled
In modeled leg i am increasing counter(some variable in workflow container) and based on that counter another level agent is determined.
Same Task is added after container operation in modelled leg.(this is for the information).
Outcomes Tab of task:
When the deadline is triggered the workitem is sent to another user(Agent-determined from rule) Which is okay,
But the work item still remains in user's 1 inbox.
Workflow Builder:
Latest End is defined in above Activity-Task-MULTIPLE WI EXECUTE.
That is triggering the deadline.(After deadline workitem should be disappeared.)
I want when the deadline triggers, workitem disappears from user 1 inbox(he should get missed deadline workitem)
and work item is forwarded to another agent.(Latter part is working okay).
