Trigger Worflow flow BO BUS2000223 When Support team changed

Hi Folks,

   I have to trigger the workflow for  support team changes from XXX to  YYY in the Transaction  CRMD_ORDER .

used BO is BUS2000223 and event is TEAMCHANGED. After change the team from XXX to YYY  I Checked SWEL T code .But  TEAMCHANGED is not get triggered. Instead of that CHANGED event get triggered . But that CHANGED event trigger for all change including minor change also. But i need to trigger the workflow for only  support team changed from XXX to  YYY.. Which event i have to use for my requirement .

Please help me out to resolve the issue.
