To logon SAP standind outside to show/accept/reject document - Outlook

Hello experts,

I sent mail to user start from my workflow using send mail step and extended notification service. It is Ok. My new requirement is to allow to user to make a  login into sap standing outside it (outlook) to approve the document.

In first case I'd like to call FBV3 passing the bukrs, belnr and gjahr fields.

In second case i'd like to call FV63(or similar) to allow user reject or accept the document.

what is the best way to do this?  Can i use the Sap Logon Pad as below:

[User]

Name=XXXXXXXX

Title=Lançar documento

Or there is other way to do it ?
