Hi Experts,
I have developed a PR workflow with BUS2105 standard Object, and I am releasing PR approval levels with BUS2105 release method.
It is working fine. But, when the workflow is triggered and if the same PR document is opened in change mode in other screen or by any other user, standard released method does not release the PR. When I see the log in tcode SWIA, it shows that release step is executed (with green line), but it does not physically release the PR. Because of that my workflow status becomes completed, and it also does not execute the workflow for next level approval.
Can anyone please give me some clue to solve this issue?
