Hi Folks,
I have an issue with Agents determination, I am new to the Workflows and can any of you please suggest what are the possible ways to determine the agents.
We have implemented the possible note
"1041016 - Workflow setup in new installations for BRM", but even though the agents are not determining. We have checked the below things:
Agents in the Organisation unit
Task maintained as 'General'
Assignment of agents etc
Quick reply is appreciated, bcz we are running out of the time.
