We have an issue in material reservation workflow. Actually the logic is that if level1 approver approved, after creating and saving material reservation document via MB21, the movement indicator check box should get ticked. but for one peculiar case, the workflow is not triggered for ticked the movement indicator check box. The main problem is while approver approving, if the corresponding material reservation number get interrupted like some user entered accidently in change mode to the same reservation number, the workflow will not be triggered for updating the goods movement indicator. So how can we prevent this type of scenario? I think there are 2 options for this type of issues. one is i will have to display the user name that who entered in change mode OR the second option is, i need to cut that session who entered in change mode for respective reservation number while approving. OR anyother way to rectify this? If anyone experienced already this case, kindly give some ideas that how can we prevent this?. Very thanks in advance.
