Terminating event is not completing the work item

Hi All,

I have created a sample scenario to get  understand the concept of Terminating event.I have a module pool screen where i enter the material number and two buttons Submit and terminate.If i click on submit it will trigger the workflow with CREATE event.If i click on terminate button it will call the TERMINATE event.

in workflow template i have created foreground activity.If i double click on the work item it will open the same module pool screen,if i click on the terminate button it should complete the work item.under the button action am creating the terminate event.But work item is not getting completed.

In event log i could see the terminate event with no receiver entered message.

i tried hard coding the key in FM in both the cases.even though it is showing the no receiver entered message.Can any please help me out where am missing?
