We have an issue with a workflow being triggered from an attendance type that should not generate a workflow. I have identified that the scenario is whereby an employee has selected annual leave which does have a workflow then used the change button in workplace to amend this to the flexi time which should not have a workflow. This is causing the workflow to become ‘stuck’ entries in the managers inbox that cannot be approved or rejected.
We have been ‘logically deleting’ them however it would be useful if we can identify these records to cleanse them. I can output all active (READY status) workflows (from SWIA) with the standard workflow WS12300111 and task TS12300097 however it does not give the detail of what type of leave the absence/attendance is for.
I have looked in SWWIHEAD but this doesn’t seem to contain the information. Is there a standard table/Class/function module which records the subtype of the absence/attendance that contains or that I can link to the workflow ID?
