I have requirement to handle quality notifications using workflow could you please give answers?
how to handle this requirement?
buiness requirement:
For any discrepancy/defect that is observed on materials at the time of quality
inspection or otherwise, a quality notification needs to be created/activated
to maintain the data of the observation. System should be able to identify
based on the notification type, who all are the persons that need to act on
this notification to process it and to assign a disposition action for the
completion and closure of the notification.
This needs to be handled through a workflow so that the person(s) responsible should
get notified to act upon the notification. System should be able to identify
the person(s) responsible and should intimate or inform about the newly created
notification.
The notification coordinator should be able to assign responsibility for the
Disposition of the notification as per the existing ‘Nonconforming Material Disposition
MRB process”.
