Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein a single workflow is triggered for a group of documents. The workflow as such works fine. But now there is an additional requirement wherein the corresponding workflow has to be shown in the GOS menu of each of the documents in the group.
The path being: GOS -->Workflow --> Workflow overview.
Is it possible to meet this requirement? When I checked in the database table SWW_WI2OBJ, the only key field is GUID.
Please correct me if I am wrong in the understanding of this: if at all we give the corresponding INSTID, that could be of only a single document and hence the workflow would be attached only to that document.
Is there any other table/option involved so that the requirement could be met?
