Dear Experts,
have you ever faced the problem:
- An User can't find any item in her inbox.
- But when I use the transaction HDR2 to be her substitute, and look into her inbox. I find 45 work items.
- It's not a authorization problem, because she could see her work items 3 days ago. Suddenly she sees nothing anymore.
Do you have any guess, where the problem is?
