WF mail notification is not sent via WF-BATCH id its picking other batch ID:

Hi Gurus,

I have a scenario like when any mail notification is sent to lotus notes from any WF in quality system its not sending via WF-BATCH as its doing in other systems like development and production. Its now sending via another one group ID TMSADM_WF. Can any one help me what config to check or how can I approach to this type of issue.
