Set Background Work Item in ERROR

Hi All,

I want to set a particular background work item in ERROR after it exports a blank value. So it could be executed again after rectifying the error.

As we cannot use mandatory check box in export parameters should i use SAP_WAPI_SET_ERROR ?

The next work item is setting to error after the background is executed.
