We have a custom workflows for Schedule Agreement and PO approval process. Approver can approve these workitems from SAP Portal by double-clicking the workitem .
Purchase order approval is working fine with an hyperlink for each of the dialog workitems coming in the UWL list . But Schedule Agreement is missing that hyperlink to click and open. Please check the below screenshot for reference.
Is there any specific setting or the code missing at workflow task to get the hyperlink activated for the workitem relating to Scheduling agreement.
And the approval works fine when done from backend system using release codes.
