We have a workflow in place that generates an e-mail to an SAP distribution list when an IDOC was received that the system could no process (for various reasons). See attached screen prints for the current setup. We would like to enhance this functionality to read the contents of the IDOC and forward the e-mail to a specific e-mail address (or distribution list) based upon the contents of the IDOC, as well as dynamically modify the subject and body of the e-mail. For example, if the IDOC has a segment for sales organization, then for sales organization S001, the e-mail needs to go to S001@company.com, and for S002 it needs to go the S002@company.com
Any help or suggestion on how to do this in workflow would be greatly appreciated.
